Ipeleng holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Natal and has completed the Executive Development Programme at Wits Business School. A pioneering entrepreneur, she established the first black woman owned CCTV business and subsequently co-founded Motseng Investment Holdings (MIH) a diversified group in 1998. During her 15 year career she has held various positions in the company and is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MIH. She is a director of all MIH subsidiaries and has served as an independent, non-executive director of various public companies. During her career she has received the following nominations and awards, Cosmopolitan Mover of the Year 2006, Finalist in the BWA’s Entrepreneurial Business Woman of the Year 2006, Finalist in the WPN 5 Star Woman Award 2006, Awarded the Tutu Fellowship in 2008 and being recognised as a leading woman in government and business by the CEO magazine in 2008.

Vinolia is currently employed by Motseng Concessions as the Managing Director, and serving as the Chief Executive Officer of a Public Private Partnership.

Vinolia is a demonstrated achiever with over 15 years of industrial, commercial and retail property management and property development experience, including mixed-use developments. She has co-managed three of the nine super-regional shopping centres in South Africa, namely Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square, Eastgate and Westgate Shopping Centres.

She optimizes stakeholder value with extensive facilities management experience, having completed the R120m Phase 1 extension to Liberty Midlands Mall, R50m refurbishment of the 20-storey Sandton City Office Tower and Twin Towers East and West, been a part of the planning team for the R1,77bn Sandton City upgrade and saw the R610m Eastgate extension and refurbishment to completion. Whilst at Liberty Properties, Vinolia was a member of the Employment Equity Committee dealing with transformation throughout the Liberty Group and was also a Libwealth Representative for the Group.

Vinolia’s firm beliefs are in encouraging and endorsing development plans, succession planning and skills development of team members. She is a role model for her team by being hands-on and thereby guiding team members to excel, focus on attention to detail and continually strive for exceptional service delivery.

Phumzile Joshua Phike, graduated a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Fort Hare in 1991. He further obtained MBA from Stellenbosch graduate school of business in 1991. He worked for 10 years at Eskom in different positions, namely Tariff Analysts, Senior Pricing Advisor, Key Accounts Manager and Regional Sales and Marketing Manager. After leaving Eskom, he joined MTN SA in 2001 as a Senior Business Planning Manager after which he headed different portfolio's namely, General Manager for Data Channels and Carrier Services General Manager. He was promoted to be the Executive for Sales and Distribution at MTN Iran in 2008. After 3 years he was promoted to the CEO position for MTN Guinea Conakry in West Africa. After 3,5 years in Guinea Conakry, he returned to MTN Group as Senior Consultant for MTN SA.
